Chuck Heilman has been owner and president of JACC, Inc. since 1990.
JACC, Inc., which is located in Campbell County, and specializes in
industrial safety guarding for machinery.
After graduating from Highlands High School, Mr. Heilman attended the
University of Kentucky, where he received a Bachelors of Arts in business. He has participated in the school based council of Cline
Elementary for one year and Campbell County High School for four years,
the Campbell County Schools Local Planning Commission for Future School
needs in 2007 and 2010 and in the superintendent’s discussion group for
Mr. Heilman has been a member of the SD1 Board of Directors since
September 2010, Campbell County Municipal Planning and Zoning Commission
for seven years, Campbell Leadership Action Group since 2002 (chairman –
two years), Alexandria Community Business Association since 1998
(officer – three years) and Camp Springs Initiative since 2002 (chairman
– one year).
Chuck has been married to his wife, Judy, since 1983 and has three children, Chip, Alex and Christina.
