SD1 offers a variety of ways for customers to pay their bill.

By Phone

Call 859-578-7450 during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) to make a payment over the phone. Credit card payments (using Visa, MasterCard or Discover) are accepted over the phone at no additional charge. Check-by-phone payments are also accepted for an additional fee.

In Person

SD1 will accept payments at our main office, located at 1045 Eaton Drive, Ft. Wright, during regular business hours. In-person payments may be made using cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover). For directions to our office, click here.

Drop Box Locations

SD1 payment drop boxes are available at:

  • All Northern Kentucky Bank of Kentucky branch locations
  • Campbell County Public Library, Cold Spring branch (3920 Alexandria Pike, Cold Spring)
  • Northern Kentucky Water District main administrative office (2835 Crescent Springs Rd., Erlanger)
  • SD1's main administrative office (1045 Eaton Dr., Ft. Wright)

In order to avoid late fees, please only use drop boxes if you are paying at least five days prior to your due date.

By Mail

Please do not mail cash.

Online

SD1 offers online bill pay through MyCheckFree, an independent, third-party online-billing company. In order to set up your account with MyCheckFree, you will need your account number and your E-ID number.  Both can be found on your monthly statement. You will also need the biller's zip code (41012-0112).

MyCheckFree does require personal information including your social security number in order to set up your account. They are a reputable company and they use this information as a safety precaution to ensure that no one else is setting up an account in your name. Autowithdrawal

SD1 now offers the option of having your payment automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account or automatically charged to your credit card. To download the autowithdrawal form, please click here.

Please note: If you are setting up autowithdrawal on multiple accounts, the use of a credit card is not permitted. You must use either a checking or savings account.

Making changes to your autowithdrawal information
To make any changes to autowithdrawal information on file, the customer is responsible for completing and submitting a new autowithdrawal form to address above.
