SD1 Launches New Customer Portal
New Portal Improves Customer Experience
Sanitation District No. 1 is introducing an improved way to view and pay your bill through SD1’s Customer Portal. The portal is a convenient experience with self-service options for bill payment. With SD1’s Customer Portal customers can:
- Pay their bill
- View transaction history
- Sign up for AutoPay
- Set communication preferences
How to Register or Login
SD1 has included a Portal Registration Number on your most recent SD1 billing statement to assist with new customer registrations. Visit my.sd1.org and reference your bill to get started.
Customers who are already registered with SD1’s previous portal, powered by Paymentus, recently received an email with instructions on how to reset your password. If you didn’t get the email or if you need a refresh, simply follow these simple steps to log in.
1. Visit my.sd1.org. Under Existing User, use the link to set your new portal password.
2. Enter your Paymentus User ID and a temporary password will be emailed to you. Once you have your temporary password, you can Log In to our new portal and set your security questions. Please note that your User ID is not changing.
After you’ve answered your questions, your new account will be linked and ready to use! We do recommend updating your password, use the Menu option Manage Account.
By following these simple steps, your e-bill and payment information will transfer to the enhanced portal, eliminating the need for you to re-register.
Please note, if you are currently registered for e-bill or AutoPay, those services will continue uninterrupted. However, after the transition, in order to view your bill online or make changes to payment information you will need to use the link provided in the email to complete your registration.
