SD1’s bill print vendor recently experienced a temporary mailing delay with paper statements. If you receive a paper monthly statement and the due date listed on the monthly statement is between September 30 and October 11, your account was impacted.
Accounts that were impacted by this mailing delay will not be charged a late payment fee, and the due date has been extended to October 30.
