Earlier today, while preparing a customer list that will soon receive a digital bill insert, our customer communication system accidentally sent an email to some customers asking them to confirm subscription to a list titled "Residential SW Customers April 2022."
That email should not have been sent, and customers do not need to take any action at this time. If you received this email, please disregard it.
We are reviewing our policies and procedures to ensure this type of mistake does not occur again, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience.
