The following action items passed by majority vote during the regular meeting of the Sanitation District No.1 Board of Directors held on Tuesday, November 19, 2024.
- Acceptance of the October 15, 2024, SD1 Board of Directors regular meeting minutes.
- Awarded a contract for the construction of the Central Boone County Phase 2 Force Main and Pump Stations to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, Building Crafts, Inc., in the amount submitted with its bid, for a total of $12,222,943.00.
- Approved the W6 Force Main and Conveyance Piping Design and Construction Admin change order balance of $265,538.25 which will bring the total design and construction administration contract to $1,048,480.30
- Awarded a contract for the construction of Waterworks Phase II (Wildcat Outfall) Sanitary Sewer to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, Sunesis Construction Co., in the amount submitted with its bid, for a total of $7,504,289.00.
- Awarded a contract for the construction of Waterworks Phase IV Sanitary Sewer to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, Brackney, Inc., in the amount submitted with its bid, for a total of $1,520,826.00.
- Approved one new request for reservation of sanitary sewer capacity.
